In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Cary; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in North Carolina are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 amโ9:30 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Cary is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Cary is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Stopped in for lunch and we got seated immediately. Food came out hot, fresh, and delicious! We had the barbecue pork fried rice, beef lo mein, crab rangoon, and general tso chicken. Everything was cooked great and had excellent flavor and texture. Iโd definitely recommend stopping in.

I normally donโt write reviews but We came here right as the restaurant opened, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! We were coming from NJ and were craving asian food. our food came out so flavorful, and the noodles are hand pulled which was a plus. Overall the food was very cheap for family style and came out very fast. Great experience!!

Absolutely horribleโand honestly, somewhat ridiculous. Everything from the booths and tables to the food and the complete lack of customer service was disappointing. The place was dirty, and as another reviewer mentioned, it really looks like a health inspector should pay a visit. The noodles were no different than any ordinary noodle. Yes, they appeared homemade, but whatever flavor they may have had was completely buried under a very minimal soy taste. They had homemade texture, and that's about it. Nothing we ordered had anything close to an authentic Sichuan (Szechuan) flavor. There was nothing bold, spicy, or complex. None of the dishes had the balance of spicy, savory, sweet, sour, and smoky flavors that authentic Sichuan cuisine is known for. The chicken wings were worse than any plain wings I've ever hadโeven compared to the worst buffet wings I can remember. I took two bites from one wing and pushed the entire plate aside. When our pork noodles and my wife's shrimp noodles arrived, we each took two forkfuls before asking for to-go containers. The waitress didn't ask if anything was wrong or say a single word. When customers have barely touched their meals, that should b

Listen! You gotta try this place. When my friends invited me, they said: "It's a little hole in the wall that makes their noodles fresh." Since I'm not typically a fan of Asian food, I was a little reluctant but open to trying something new. As soon as I took the first bite, I KNEW it was the business! First of all, the food was hot and FRESH! It had not been sitting or reheated. We tried several things on the menu and loved them all. In fact, we were so busy enjoying the food that we forgot to take pics. lol. But the eggs, Pork Lo Mein, General Tso's Chicken, and Pork Potstickers were incredible. It was the freshness of it all for me. And the manager was super cool. We were told it was a 40-minute wait, but he managed to get us seated in less than 15 minutes. We will most definitely go back, and now I'm actually looking forward to eating Asian food-but only here! lol! And to add icing to the cake, for three of us, we walked out spending about $40!! Unheard of.

The boiled beef tenderloin Szechuan style was delicious! The chicken ho fun noodles were good, the noodle quality was phenomenal, but the dish as a whole lacked a little flavor and was not very warm when served. Generous portions for the prices! They can get very busy, so expect to wait during busy hours if you donโt have a reservation. The service was good considering how busy they were!
